(Our
relationship with Nexus IS, Inc. begins with relationships formed long
ago. Following the deregulation of telecommunications, Philip Boesch
acted in the role of general counsel to Com Systems, one of the first
and largest independent telecommunications equipment and service
providers, later assisting the conversion of the business from
equipment sales to a long-distance reseller, followed by representation
of the equipment spin-off that became Com Aid, through litigation to
save and then sell that company, to representation of its successor
Expanets, and then when Expanets sold its western region to its
executive team, representation of Nexus IS, Inc.)
