Mr. Bartlett specializes in securities finance and corporate law with an emphasis on securities offers and syndications, mergers & acquisitions, intellectual property, tax, employment, real estate, estate planning, dispositions, debt and equity financing agreements and structures, and general business law, which includes partnership law, public and private securities law compliance, and corporate governance.
