In a lawsuit filed today in Los Angeles Superior Court on behalf of a U.S. Government employee, the Boesch Law Group seeks to vacate an Arbitration Award issued against the employee under “Islamic law.” Said Philip Boesch, principal of the Boesch Law Group, “Unlike would-be burners of the Qur’an, we respect the rights of Americans to practice their religion.
